Are the plush toys machine washable?

Yes! All our plush stuffed animals are machine washable. We recommend using cold water and air drying to maintain the soft texture and vibrant colors. Each toy comes with care instructions.

Do you offer book and plush toy bundles?

Absolutely! We offer special bundles that include both the children's book and corresponding plush toy character at a discounted price. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international delivery becomes available.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your Skoshie & Friends purchase, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Safety and Quality

Are your products safe for young children?

Yes! All Skoshie & Friends products meet or exceed CPSIA safety standards. Our plush toys are regularly tested for safety, and our books are printed with non-toxic, child-safe inks.

What materials are used in your plush toys?

We use premium, hypoallergenic plush fabrics and non-toxic stuffing materials. All components are carefully selected to be safe, durable, and incredibly soft for endless snuggling.

How do I clean the books?

Our children's books are printed on durable paper that can handle regular use. For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging the books in water.

Gift Giving

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. You can let us know if you'd like us to ensure we do not include our EmVaro Designs or Skoshie & Friends packing tape on your order, in case it is a gift, so we can do our best to try not to spoil the surprise! We cannot mask our from address and company name on the label however!
